    The pools offered fine views. The restaurant options were vast, with everything from fine dining to casual beach bites. We especially enjoyed how friendly the staff were, always ready to help and greet us with a smile.

    Well-maintained hotel, had excellent stay.

    the staff was extremely polite, so i would like to stay here on the next trip. the place was fairly clean, i booked the double room with garden views, everything was nice. there were an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room, really enjoyed that.

    I thought i was checking into a luxury resort, but the food here has definitely some serious issues, like finding a worm in my breakfast. Plus, the staff is more like indifferent than friendly, barely giving a nod. I almost rated this place a solid five stars, but alas, they neglected my need for a room upgrade. Unbelievable!

    The staff at liu resorts are super friendly and helpful! Pools are kept clean and nice, and the food is really good with a variety of choices. I loved how they had food available almost all day, especially for the kids. The rooftop bar was cool to hang out at after a day by the beach. Can't forget to mention the awesome beach parties at night!

    the prices are a bit high compared to other places, and the animators for kids weren't very engaging.

    This fine hotel is filled with kind staff who consistently deliver excellent service. The spacious Beautiful Side Sea View Room added to our comfort, while nightly beach entertainment kept us thrilled. The food was nothing short of delicious. The on-site medical team proved invaluable when my daughter had a small accident.

    Each night it was like a whole different vibe, great music and drinks, could feel the energy in the air.

    During our honeymoon, this resort were very good my expectations from previous trips to side. Each day, we delighted in excellent meals served at various restaurants, with particularly fresh seafood and desserts. The beach parties at night created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

    The beach area is well-maintained and spacious, with a nice spot for relaxation. The outdoor pools provide great spaces for families, with ample loungers available throughout the day.

    The hotel feels designed for a very specific crowd, with excursions solely offered in the predominant language, leaving others out in the cold. Dining options can be repetitive, and breakfast found a worm-definitely a mood killer. Be wary of the buggies on the paths. One nearly ran us down due to poor visibility at night. Kids' pools could use a touch more warmth. They seemed like arctic baths at times. Lastly, the reception had a slow response for simple requests, which can be frustrating when you just want to chill.

    Chill vibes and good eats

    We had a really nice time! The rooms were comfy and had a lovely view of the pool. Loved the fresh grilled fish and the veggies they served. Super tasty! Olena's yoga classes were a highlight too. Just wished coffee was available earlier, having to wait for it in the morning wasn't ideal. Still, we had a blast as a fam!

    It was just a perfect match for a short staycation in Side with excellent value. The kids had a blast with the indoor pool, warm and fun for them. Make sure to bring snacks since the dining options can be a bit limited at times.
